We interview Singaporean with the necessary physical capabilities to engage them
for the assignment. They have to be sufficiently young, dynamic and possess
the right drive and attitude.
Besides undergoing the NSRS training and certification,
we require new officers to have on-the-job familiarization training. Other
training includes fire fighting, first-aid, crime prevention and security
management.
Sufficient training enables our security officers to
react promptly to emergency situation with confident decisiveness.
Operation and Supervision
Our operational supervisors perform regular site visits
to check, guilde and motivate the security personnel. Table-top exercises and
drill are conducted to ensure that SOP and emergency plans are clearly
understood and kept abreast.

Interviews with officers are conducted at regularly to
ensure that their well being and career growth are looked
